You may look up your order at https://www.regnow.com/order_lookup.html. You will need the email address you made the purchase with as well as either the last 5 digits of your credit card number or original order ID.

Make sure you copy and paste the code directly from the email you were sent into the form: highlight your activation code in the email, hit Ctrl+C, put the cursor in the first registration key entry blank, hit Ctrl+V. Also, ensure that you have an active internet connection during the registration process and temporarily disable any firewalls or other security software that you may have installed on your computer.

After starting VideoWizard, click Help and then select the Register option. Enter the key you were emailed when you purchased the product.

You should have received an email with your product key and download instructions. If you don't see the email in your inbox, check your Spam folder. If for some reason it is not there either, you can look up your product key at https://www.regnow.com/order_lookup.html and download the MediaWidget installation here.
